Our young and growing company, the FinanzierungsExpert GbR (private cooperation), is a service provider and a specialist for finance solutions. Owing to long-lasting experience in financing business, we provide individual as well as exclusive advice to our customers, with regard to construction financing, business loans and private loans.
Within a very short time, finance commitments with exclusive conditions can be ensured through successfull cooperations with relevant credit institutions. We support our clients on all topics relating to financing – from the first financing application right up to the implementation of loan and its payout.
Your tasks
- You carry out financing consulting independently, for the benefit of our customers.
- Together with the client, you determine his/her financing needs and you prepare all the required documents.
- You serve as a personal and competent contact for our customers, at all stages of financing.
- You handle the financing requirements, and finally, you transmit them to the relevant credit institution.
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. bank clerk, insurance clerk, real estate agent) or similar
- Appropriate professional experience in financing or construction financing
- Ideally appropriate further training
- Sales-oriented personality
- High customer and service orientation
- Structured, reliable, responsible, goal- and result-oriented working methods
- Confident and convincing appearance and high communication skills
