The premium is graduated as follows:
- A premium of 150.00 euros in the form of an Amazon voucher is possible for a loan amount of 150,000 euros to 250,000 euros.
- A premium of 300.00 Euro in the form of an Amazon voucher is possible for a loan sum of 250,001 Euro to 500,000 Euro.
- A premium of 1.000,00 Euro in the form of an Amazon voucher is possible for a loan sum of more than 500.001,– Euro.

Conditions of participation
Taking part in the programme „clients win clients“ – a programme of the FinanzierungsExpert GbR – is free of charge. And it is completely based on the following conditions of participation:
Eligible persons
All existing customers who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate in „clients win clients“, a programme of the company FinanzierungsExpert GbR. Excluded are the employees of the company FinanzierungsExpert GbR as well as their relatives. Furthermore, the company FinanzierungsExpert reserves the right to exclude persons from the participation, at its own discretion, in case there are legitimate reasons.
Existing clients, in the sense of the programme „clients win clients“, are all individuals who have already concluded a financing agreement with the company FinanzierungsExpert.
Participation
The one condition for participating in the programme is the recruitment of a new customer who finally concludes financing on the minimum amount of 150.000 Euro, through the company FinanzierungsExpert GbR. New clients are adult persons who have not yet been customers of the company FinanzierungsExpert GbR. Besides, there is the option of winning a number of clients. E-mail for aquiring new customers must reach every new client, before he/she makes an financing application. When making a financing inquiry, the new client must indicate the referring customer´s name and email-address. It is not possibile to submit the recommendation later on. The company FinanzierungsExpert GbR decides about a successfull financing.
Bonus
For each successful aquirement of a new client, the recommending customer will receive a bonus in the form of a Amazon voucher in the amount of 150,00 Euro. Any claim to the bonus cannot be transferred and it is neither billable nor reliable.
A premium of 150.00 EURO in the form of an Amazon voucher is possible for a loan amount of 150,000 EURO to 250,000 EURO.
A premium of 300.00 EURO in the form of an Amazon voucher is possible for a loan sum of 250,001 EURO to 500,000 EURO.
A premium of 1,000.00 EURO in the form of an Amazon voucher is possible for a loan sum of over 500,001 EURO.
After the new client has accepted the property financing, provided by the company FinanzierungsExpert GbR, the company FinanzierungsExpert will contact the recommending client through the same email-address which has already been indicated within the programme „clients win clients“, for the purpose of sending out the bonus.
Not later than three month after receiving this email, the recommending client has to specify the required data for sending out the bonus. Otherwise the claim will be expired. Bonuses are delivered only within Germany. Cash payment of the premium value is not possible. Conditions and informations relating to Amazon vouchers can be read on www.amazon.de.
Other
In case of questions or complaints, which are associated with the programme “clients win clients“, you shall contact the company FinanzierungsExpert.
A legal claim to receive a bonus does not exist. Legal recourse is excluded. By participating in the programme „clients win clients“ the recommending customer accepts these conditions.
Severability clause
In case that one regulation of these participation conditions is or should become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of the participation conditions will not be affected. Instead of that invalid provision, the one regulation permitted by law will be effective which in economic respects comes closest to the purpose, expressed in the invalid regulation. The same shall apply to the existence of a regulatory gap within these conditions of participation.
