Changes at the KfW Bank

As from 1 June 2019 on, there are some changes at the KfW Bank. At this point, we have put the relevant informations together for you:

1. KfW-Programmes: Reduction of the commitment fee to 1,8%, per annum.
The KfW Bank has lowered the commitment fee from 3% to 1,8%, per annum (0,15% per month).

2. Energy-efficient construction and renovation (151/152/153): Extension of the commission-free period from 6 to 12 month
The KfW Bank has extended the commission-free period from 6 to 12 month. In case of credit amounts, the KfW Bank will therefore charge commitment fee, only 12 month after the commitment date.

3. Child benefit for building (424): Extension of the application period
The application period extends up to 17 Mai 2019. And the application deadline for child benefit regarding building is extended from 3 to 6 month.
